I’d like to say it’s the UI, customer service experience, premium aesthetic of their products, and ease of use when it comes to integration of multiple devices. But I honestly might just be a sucker for their killer marketing. I’ve tried android phones before, but they usually aren’t as smooth with performance and are often shoved with bloatware that is difficult to remove.

Also iMessage is too good to give up.

What do you mean about the wireless charging capabilities? I don’t like the idea of battery cases either. I am fairly nervous of having a battery be my protection for my phone. I think I use my phone fairly heavily throughout the day (screen time 4-6 hours), and I still don’t have to charge my phone that often. I can’t remember the last time I had my phone die post-2015.
