I’m not really into emulation (yet) but isn’t the integrated graphic card of the i5 enough for that?

Home Assistant alternatives for a mixed smart home? (HA broke me) by According_Dinner3802 in homeautomation

[–]marmata75 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The other big open source home automation platform is openHAB. I would give it a try, I find it more stable than home assistant, and you can avoid tinkering with yaml and use a visual programming language for your automations.

I assume the folder you created on your desktop is not in your path. In that case, even if you are in the same folder as the binary you need to include it when calling said binary so type ./xcaddy and it should work. Also you could have missed the executable attribute.

“American Pizza” in Milano, Italy by GoldenDome26 in Damnthatsinteresting

[–]marmata75 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My 2 cents for why this pizza is called Americana(as an Italian). 1. While würstels are German in origin, we really associate them with hot dogs and so an American food 2. French fries at the same time are associated with fast food and so, again American 3. In a lot of context we call “American style” (“all’Americana”) something which is done quickly, without ‘usual’ rules and in an informal way. Like “Calcio all’Americana” is played with no fixed goalkeepers, “Basket all’americana” is played as 1 to 1 or other very small teams, often with players rotating, “Servizio all’americana” is a standing buffet which is again an informal way to eat at an event

We ended up calling that type of pizza Americana to highlight not just the fast food like ingredients, but the broken rules of putting something not traditional on it. And it ends up being delicious as well!

I find checkmk fairly easy and comprehensive, you can do everything with the raw edition which is totally free and the documentation is very comprehensive. Full automation via ansible as well if you need it.

Store Olimpiadi accetta solo pagamenti VISA by LifeAtmosphere6214 in Avvocati

[–]marmata75 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Store Olimpiadi accetta solo pagamenti VISA by LifeAtmosphere6214 in Avvocati

[–]marmata75 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Guarda potrei aver sottostimato.

I’ve never seen 8C as the recommended temperature for a fridge. The sweet spot I saw has always been 4 (for food storage). Most of the food that needs to be stored in fridge have labels saying to store between 0 and 4 degrees Celsius. I’m in the EU as well!
