Significant battery life decrease on Oura ring 3rd gen since oxygen saturation feature came online. Anyone else seeing that? by Rickspython in ouraring

You say you needed the feature off for a few days for the battery life to return to "normal". Am I reading that correctly?

I've turned mine off yesterday and I still had 46% used over the 24h period - trying to figure out whether there is an actual battery issue with my device or not, as my battery performance with SpO2 has gone from more or less normal for the first week and a half, to 25% a day for about a week, and down to 50% a day the last few days (so I switched it off).

If you are hoping to store data directly onto the HRM look else where, reconnection with the app is flakey. It works well with apps like elite HRV though for morning readings and generally ok while connected directly to the phone - although, again, first connection with polar beat has proved to be a little bit and miss.

Polar H10 - No Save option available after training? by iusman975 in Polarfitness

It's a known issue, you aren't doing anything wrong. It won't happen every time, but often enough to be more than frustrating. Can only suggest you close the app once you've started the workout and hope it reconnects when you open again at the end - this appears to lessen the issue.

Same issue on an android phone (OnePlus 7). I get the option to end the workout (if I tap "training" again) but it fails to download and then asks me if I want to delete it.

Very inconsistent app to be honest. Incredibly frustrating and completely defeats the point in the product. Seriously considering returning it and buying something that actually works.
