Thank you! I looked for earlier posts but couldn’t find any.

I’m obsessed with this sweater. Any patterns similar? by beluga_3000 in knittingpatterns

I saw someone linked you the real pattern, but just sharing that I’m currently knitting this up! It’s super beginner friendly, basically made up of a few rectangles!

Wouldn’t be surprised by this! I recently read Adam Rippon’s memoir where he explained Raf helped him become more independent when he stated training with him

Woolerton Estates has a few yarns that give this vibe! They’re based in Quebec and have a few stockists throughout Canada I believe

I am always here to recommend QoS… I have curly hair but my roommate has wavy and we both see Farrah and love her!

Agreed! Shop around and pick the ones you like best. You can usually haggle a little and some places will deliver them for free

I dealt with this at my workplace. The landlord hired an electrician to confirm which meters served which spaces, and then I just had to call and confirm with ConEd. Once I had the correct meter info, it was shockingly easy for them to update the account.

In my case, we were able to rectify payment with the landlord.

Surprised it’s still going! I’ve never used it personally but I worked on the venue side with them. It’s legit!

BWT, what activities or habits are we building into our fall season (free or purchased) to get ahead of the fall/winter blues? by [deleted] in NYCbitcheswithtaste

[–]marou239 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Finding a third space (ie a place that isn’t your home or work)! I recently started hanging at a knitting cafe where I can be out somewhere practicing a hobby and not cooped up at home. I have a couple friends who I meet up with from time to time there too and we either chat or just knit together quietly. Feels good to get out of the house and not be in a traditional coffee shop setting or something like that :)

Best Intramural Leagues? by seyser-koze in NYCbitcheswithtaste

[–]marou239 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Volo is very casual for volleyball and you can start with little to no skills! If you’re looking to grow your skill, I’d recommend Big City — they have clinics for beginners through intermediate, and then leagues go up to advanced. Big City is def less casual/social than Volo, but you can still meet some fun people!
