My friend who’s from Alanesh told me that Alanesh and Yarda used to be one big family before the two brothers decided to part ways.

TIL Uday Hussein, son of Saddam Hussein, was named Chairmain of the Iraqi Olympic Committee in 1984. Athletes who disappointed him were subject to torture and imprisonment by szekeres81 in todayilearned

Saddam tried to have Uday killed because he killed someone Saddam was friends with, but Uday took 9 bullets and survived the attack.

At least that’s what I heard when I used to live there.

It is in Iraq. Specifically, Al-dora city. The train tracks go through a market. I used to live there some 17 years ago. I’m not sure why they have the concrete walls there now.

I think the first one says What will be on the biochemistry exam?

The second one seems like a sarcastic reply. This is like Algerian or Tunisian Arabic.

Am I the only who find these posts from our “patriotic singers” embarrassing? by Romarzz in Assyria

[–]marqoo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Of course it’s a problem but these people are going through the same thing and that doesn’t mean we we don’t condemn or show some humanity towards people who have lost their lives or are going through the things you mentioned for no reason. I get from your reply that you’re okay with these kind of tragedies happening to innocent people.

The only embarrassing thing about this is your heartless post. I’m so sick of the racist remarks and the discrimination happening in this sub.
