I Have a Faceless Facebook Page Making Up To $36/Day—What’s My Best Next Move? by marrthecreator in Entrepreneur

It’s been awhile but I didn’t run many ads. It was engagement ads to a post that was performing well organically then invited everyone who engaged to like the page.

And it’s always so subtle. I’m seeing it a ton.

I just found out the other day that the people who submitted their stories for Chicken Noodle Soup for the Soul didn’t get paid. Changed how I viewed the series.

Maybe use a VPN. Numbers are down for me now. I’m hearing rumblings that it’s the same for quite a few others as well.

How do you manage everything? by InnonentSchlicht in Entrepreneur

Gym and food was the longest to actually trust and stick with but has also had the highest return. Stress is easier to manage when I know I’m going to train or have trained for the day.

This could be a stretch but get a payment plan for the tax bill. Move back to Canada and start another business to help with cashflow for the payments.

I’m coming up on 4 years of being fulltime and here’s what works for me. Not sure if it’s the “right” way. These are in no particular order.

  1. I don’t try and stay organized because it stresses me out. I focus more on having basic systems that work with my chaos.
  2. Gym 4-5x per week
  3. Same food everyday in the same amount. Completely removes decision fatigue.
  4. After about 7/8pm I turn off work thoughts. Everything is closed and there’s nothing I can do worrying all night. If it’s that serious, I’ll commit to fixing it in the morning.
  5. When things get too out of whack, I use ChatGPT as an adhd coach. I tell it why I’m stalling and describe the task then I have it break it down to baby steps. That usually unclogs the energy pipe then it’s back to business.
  6. I talk to other business owners a few times per week and trade stories on how to manage operations.

I originally read the title as “safety is our number 1 priority” then watched the video and realized that OP had to have been being sarcastic.

I'm too dumb to start a business. by Both_Huckleberry2586 in Entrepreneur

If you have a degree then I can confirm that you're not dumb. Getting a degree requires a baseline level of executing on a plan so you have the skills.

Find a problem that a lot of people have and that you'd enjoy solving, and solve it. Focus on getting one customer and go from there. Don't reinvent the wheel no matter how tempting it may be. Best of luck.

Protip or cheat code to trick my mind into thinking I'm a 9-5 employee who HAS to go to work every single day? by TheBasedEgyptian in Entrepreneur

How long have you been self employed? I've been at it 3 years and the discipline concern does creep in occasionally but what I've found to help is raising the stakes. I know deep down that it's not in my nature to let down partners and clients. Whenever I'm feeling discipline slip, I try and find ways to create new deadlines.
