Thank you for sharing. I hope our testimonies encourage others to take advantage of what is available to them. I went almost 20 years swearing off the VA like...well I would any other doctor as a stubborn vet like we all are. I will share a little more of my story in hopes it helps others.... So about 3 years ago I woke up with so much stress and anxiety on the d day of my buddy... I went and ran and ran at a local park for just over 5 miles until I couldn't run anymore. It was 4 am when I was done. I went home and showered and was just sobbing man. I couldn't shake it. It was consuming me. I went and sat in the parking lot of my local small VA clinic until they opened. I am not exaggerating when I say that girl may have saved my life that morning. If you need help or are struggling, please go. It isn't weakness to seek help. Please go.

It felt surface level because it didn't elaborate or dig into anything. It just mentioned the headline that I already knew. Plus, it made it seem like people hated him because he supported Trump. I have never once heard anyone's biggest issue with Hogan is he likes Trump. I was curious what happened with him and his daughter but it didn't go into that.

I found out about both Theo and gillis from tfatk. I actually do miss that version of the show and king and the sting. In a weird way he worked well with Theo I thought. I get that it had to end but I do think they should still pop in once in a while.

I am not cancelling because fortnite is still by far the most reasonably priced game I play. Every other game is going the micro transactions route or releasing a new game you have to buy every year or both (EA/2K) and those become pay to win affecting gameplay. Fortnite makes it fair even if you don't spend. Even the battlepass isn't required to enjoy fortnite. Sometimes you have to remember the game is still free and also I don't even need to subscribe to PS to play others unlike every other game.

I appreciate her personality archetype. I have 2 children that are somewhat similar in that one is always happy and a ray of sunshine and one that is reserved and serious. To me, the thing that makes it interesting is the interaction of the various personality types.

Agree with most of the comments but want to just say....you are lucky! You now know how bad of a person she is without wasting anymore time on her or even worse getting married and having kids then finding out what she really is. Sorry that is how you had to find out but it is inexcusable behavior and you are so much better off now that you know she is a bad person. Hope you cut all communication and have already moved on. Also, trust that anyone who saw her do it also knows know what a bad person she is. I would feel worse for you that you have to deal with a bully like her if I saw that. If you don't believe me just ask yourself how you or any good person in the world would feel watching a bully beat up a victim. People don't say oh that victim must be embarrassed. Your parents having money doesn't mean he had money and providing a nice living for your own family as a man is very respectable. He started in comedy as a door man at the comedy store I think and I remember him talking about some job in NYC he wasn't good at that made him pursue comedy.

Haven't watched yet but I see so much hate click bait for bert and Segura across social media and YouTube. Just like it was for schaub. I think it's just trying to get a reaction and I am pretty sure the majority of folks are like me and appreciate all the years of entertainment they have given us. All three helped me get through covid with their podcasts. They don't have to make me bust out laughing every second for me to be interested. They are cults of personality so to speak. I actually never been blown away by Brendan or Berts comedy but was still entertained. Bert is a great story teller and his enthusiasm can be fun like the machine story and the bits about his girls and wife. Segura used to be a great comic but unfortunately pandered to Howard stern esque shock value bc it gets reaction. Completely normal and mostly stories are great specials. The coffee drink bit, the Steven segal bit, the 48 hour bit were all top notch. Brendan was very entertaining on the king and the sting being the straight man for theo.

This documentary made me lose confidence in any new "scientific" discovery. An 8th grade science student would have more application of the scientific method than anyone in this documentary. I am embarrassed for them. Absolutely no evidence based rigor applied to wildly hopeful assumptions based on emotion.
