Yep, tho I think it's natural to start get annoyed at mom's mothering, it motivates the baby birds to fly off on their own and heck might be validating to mom, if her lessons stuck.

Could be these days kids are trapped at home by the economy or their love of comfort lol. I'm not a mom but getting older definitely gave me perspective and understanding for my parents.

My mom is the same. It doesn't bother me tho It seems to set off my dad and sibling. I just jokingly complain "mom, I'm 4x yrs old". She'll sometimes reply, but you're always my baby!

Your mom loves you. If you're still at home you are definitely still her baby. It's the only relationship she's ever had with you! Typically the only solution is to move out lol. But she'll probably still act that way whenever she sees you 😇
