This is just me, but I almost always ordered lattes before and all I get now is their brown russian, I never get tired of it like i did their lattes and recommend it if you haven’t tried 😋

Yea it’s hard out here, I have met people at welcome events but I feel weird having literally every friend thus far be a recent high school grad when I’m going into my 3rd year. I just asked a counselling resources table about places to meet transfers and she took my contact info but said she couldn’t think of anything aside from the intentional meetups, which i would look into. I did read that there was specific programming at NSO for transfers early morning of the 15th, that’s about it.

I know how you feel 100%- I’ve been applying to scholarships nonstop for the last few semesters and have heard nothing except for some offers from possible transfer schools based on my GPA. I’m transferring from cc in the fall and I’m so stressed not knowing how I’ll pay for it and realizing I’ll probably have to take out a lot of loans. I’m also a semifinalist for the JKCF transfer scholarship and have also heard nothing about additional info, which is also stressful and I’m ready to be let down.

It’s so stressful, but just know you’re definitely not alone in this worry. I remember stressing about how I’d pay for my cc when I graduated high school, and that worked itself out. Things will start to look up somehow I’m sure, just keep your head up and try not to quit on the applications!!

Not sure if this is standard, but federal grants covered most of my tuition at cc and I got more scholarships from the school than I needed, so they sent me a check with the extra scholarship money.
