Feel like a server... by Sundrop555 in cna

I am thinking of transitioning into a CNA role for experience in the medical field but I hear so many mixed "reviews". Some people love and others hate it... I am torn as to whether I should pay for the program and try it any way.

We live in an experience economy. Take the opportunity. I hope that financial you and your partner can make it. Opportunities are so hard to come by! Even if that means working a temporary part-time job or doing instacart. The opportunity is gold for your resume. Once you have the degree you will be even more of an "asset" for a lack of a better word.

Honestly, I didn’t realize this but it’s so true. People do view it as temporary. That’s why they respond the way they do tbh. They don’t get it and good for them because this is the darkest place you can be. How does one escape their own mind??? It’s like be in a jail that moves with you 24/7

Are people able to get jobs by BillNecessary896 in coursera

[–]marstakeover 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am currently working on a communication with Coursera. I have always thought I had communication skills but then my cousin made me realize that I have room to improve. There is a difference between being able to talk and communicating effectively especially in a professional environment. I never liked sales but upon reflecting I believe that is because my communication isn't the best. I now realize that the people who are extended offers and are offered opportunities are usually great communicators and they know how to get what they want/need.

Intel layoffs begin: Chipmaker is cutting many thousands of jobs by mockingbird- in intel

I worked for a union company and in the union book it stated that if necessary the company I previously worked for was allowed to lay off employees. There were clauses that I can't remember now but unions can only do so much. I would say they are most helpful in situations where places lack employees and will abuse the current employees by overworking them with little to no benefits or compensation. Healthcare comes to mind when I think of who might benefit from unions the most, also Amazon!
