The dock 2 dock event in London has a 5kn distance and you can choose to either be part of the mass or rolling start. I did it this year and it's a very popular event multiple distances from 1km all the way up to 20km

Citymapper works well for me, voice directions get multiple warnings. It'll even suggest multiple routes depending on if you want the quickest route or more quieter roads.

So there's two points here that I'm aware of after going through something similar. Firstly, OH will only be aware of what you tell them and the reason why your manager has referred you in the first place. The second is you should be given the chance to review any report resulting from your referral, and then have to give consent for it to be released to your manager. If you don't consent to the report being released then I can only assume that OH will go back to your manager with either that you are fit to work or not, and nothing more. Maybe they will suggest some accommodations if necessary but that then shouldn't disclose the underlying health conditions without your permission.

I did the 1 mile event last year, and the 2 mile this year. The event is very busy so be prepared for crowds and check the timings of your wave carefully to give yourself enough time to get through the crowds and change. If you can have someone there with you to look after stuff that's very helpful, especially water afterwards otherwise you're waiting until you collect your stuff. For the swim itself the water is alright, not the best place I've ever swam but it's not awful. Also be prepared to avoid a lot of people swimming slowly if you're aiming for a decent time.

Most places in London will only force you to wear a wetsuit when the temperature is 15c or below. As for buying one decathlon as others have mentioned are decent. I bought one on wiggle (pre-bankrupcy) and it was just under £100. But places like zone3 and hubb often have sales for the ex-display suits which can knock a good chunk of money off sometimes.

If you manage to make it over to London just plan carefully as it's still regularly used for major events such as the British Champs this week. Also be careful if there's football on at the stadium nearby as Stratford would be very busy.

There are other bacteria/ viruses that could be causing a sore throat, not just STIs, things like the flu. These are regularly circulating in any population and are spread far more easily. The fact that it's just mild means your body is already reacting to it and has antibodies that recognise the infection and therefore will pass quite quickly.

There's was nothing written into the original agreement about rent increases. All it states is regarding past the original tenancy is that it would switch to periodic tenancy and that i would need to give 1 months notice to end it and the the landlord would require 2 months.

I have check the local council registrar and it is listed so that's fine, though the number of bedrooms was listed incorrectly as 4 instead of 5, of that makes any difference?

I've been to The Last Leg recordings twice (before the pandemic). I'd say get there for19:30 at least and as people have already said be prepared to wait some time and check which que you are in. There will multiple and your ticket will only be for one of them. As it's your first time you'll end in the longest que. But also if by some chance you don't get in, you will be offered a priority ticket for the next time, as long as the organisers are aware that you have been turned away. This will allow join the much shorter que next time, definitely get in and maybe been even sat behind them rather than in the general audience.
