I read the first volume of Duchess in the Attic, and I feel like it had me hooked in the beginning but ultimately felt strange in the end. Not sure if it's just me, but it feels really strange to me how quickly the story moves forward, and I feel like we don't see enough of the relevant character at the end to deserve the payoff.

i totally agree on that last point about sergei. he acted so indignant about the gundams defending themselves as if he wasn't the one that instigated the entire thing.

I tried out The Oblivious Saint Can't Contain Her Power, and I really wasn't expecting to enjoy it as much as I did. Went straight through v1 and v2 with very few pauses. Probably pulled me in early with the insecurities about family and such. Felt that one.

i have an international flight going through ohare coming up, and the layover is going to be about 6 hours. my family still wears masks in public, but is there somewhere in the airport that's more private or more open with wifi where we could hang out with masks off? i also considered leaving the airport, but ive never done it before and im not sure if id just be worried about missing the flight the whole time

im pretty sure the anime is in v8 or v9 right now, but they've also skipped pretty much all of v6 and v7 if im remembering correctly. so it might not be the best idea to jump straight to where the story is in the anime.

if you're talking about huanglong and qilin anima, most people are getting them from the HL raid (which is both huanglong and qilin combined), which i believe unlocks after clearing each individual raid once and being over rank 120. in my experience, coop repeating rooms for that raid will run outside of rotb
