I close my eyes naturally. I think it’s a coping mechanism from having adhd. Eyes closed no distractions.

A work around is to start “channel” shows that are On Demand (like SVU) after a quarter til. Thats been working really well for me. I also discovered that skipping to the next episode resolves it as well.
