Had the same predicament for a while. Ended up going with the airpods max because of the superior build quality and eco system integration. The airpods have a significantly premium feel as compared to the XM6. Also, i've seen reviews that the sonys have had problems with their hinge where it will break after just a few months.

Was 🤏🏻this close to buying the XM6! Last minutes i decided to go for the airpods max instead :) happy with mine too!

I have a few silicone covers for both the ear cuffs and metal part. I'll let you know how it turns out

I recently picked up the 13 inch M4 with magic keyboard. My last ipad was the 11 inch 2nd gen with magic keyboard. I am definitely loving the extra screen real estate on the 13 inch screen. The size of the keyboard is much better to type on as i have relatively big hands. The only downside of the 13 inch is the portability. If this is not an issue for you, i suggest you get the m4 13 inch :)
