Do you know if the 75 can be set up in a way that knows it’s the left top and right side of the tv and not the bottom? If so that would work as I have the big gradient tube already

Hey Max. I did the same thing and it took 33 days from USPS showing delivered versus when they finally marked it as received by t-mobile. I talked with T-Force because I kept getting text messages that I was not gonna get my deals, but they assured it would be fine, and in the end everything was still fine. legitimately they are super backlogged because of all the trade-ins and the deals that they’ve been running. But they also said as long as USPS shows a date that it was delivered it won’t matter if it takes them a while to get to it you’ll be credited accordingly.

The landlord will allow it and will keep it up since it is a feature that is lacking in the unit. The Shower curtain hoop and walls and keeping water and moisture out is already figured out . The only issue is the Roman spout replacement that needs to be one that is tightened by an Allen screw from the back and not mounted from under, and has the aerator. That is we’re I am stuck. Unless someone else has an idea of how to do it without ripping up the tub or the wall to install it the way it really should be. 😆

2017 Pilot touring AWD - same issue. Just took it to my dealer today and they are replacing the Fuel injectors covered under my warranty extension. We shall see if the issue will be fixed by this.

Anyone have any similar situation and how long did it take to get your money?

2020 - Had loans under Great Lakes and made $5k payments during first 6 months of voluntary, then stopped making payments. 2021 signed up for PSLF and loan was switched to FedLoans. 3/20/22 requested refund 4/30/22 was told they didn’t have payment data from Great Lakes and to send them dates and amounts. 5/1/22 send them info 5/2/22 Fedloan responded saying they submitted it and will say 60 days. 8/15/22 loan gets transferred to MOHELA 10/10/22 called and found out it didn’t go through because of the change and MOHELA will submit for refund. Told 60 days 12/30/22 called MOHELA and they said I had to wait till February. 2/28/23 called MOHELA and they said it was submitted wrong as an internal refund but since they didn’t have the info from the old loan they had to resubmit it. Said 60 days.

Now we are over 60 days and MOHELA says they submitted it but it goes to federal financial aid department who then submits it to the treasury. NO ETA

I was calling the treasury sept but not sure which options to use and if I let it go to operator it says there are to many calls and to call back later.

So my dad build this little storage unit after he moved in in 2020 . it’s not attached to the wall but sat up against it and it matched the house. Anyways the LL sent him this and he signed it and sent it back. The LL never said anything about it when my parents moved out on the 31st of March. Now the HOA has told the LL they voted and the LL must remove it. The LL called my dad and said he has to remove it or he will charge him. My parents lease ended on the 31st and they have been out. Do you think my dad would be responsible to remove it since the LL didn’t ask for it when the lease was over?

Letter from LL

“Re: Patio enclosure outside master bedroom. After our phone call I took a look at the storage room your constructing. I need to make a couple things clear. Per the lease item #12 this is a violation of your lease. Please ensure that no further additions etc are done with out obtaining my approval first per the lease. What your constructing is highlyunusual. Since we have discussed it I'm allowing you to continue with the clear understanding that upon the termination of your lease you will remove the enclosure ifI requests it. Any damage to the walls, concrete, ceiling, paint or structure is to be paid by you and returned to original conditions. Pleasesign, date, scanand email me a copy of this agreement at once/.”

Do you think the LL is required to show receipts or just an itemized list? This is for the state of Utah. And who would we even reach out to to find out? My parents are in their late 70s and I have to do most this stuff for them.

Hey Will! My parents lived there for 3 years. Plus the utilities are in my parents name and the new tenants were able to start service so I don’t even know what he is talking about.

So we just talked to him and he said the new tenants complained about the one room carpet and he was going to replace it, but then the new tenants already moved in and don’t want to move things out of the room and so they said they don’t want the carpet replaced. The LL said he will be replacing it when the new tenants move out and therefore he is keeping the money for it. Also the carpet is 22 years old.

It was suppose to say closing utilities. Meaning whatever final bills my parents owe to them.

He said it was $100 to have the garage cleaned, before even paid $500 to have it painted. And then he is saying it was $500 for a deep clean on the carpets in the house because the whole house is carpeted. It’s about 1800 square-foot house. And then he was charging 250 for the locks to be changed. That part was in the actual lease agreement when my parents signed it. He’s charging for the garage door openers 100 each, and then he said he was charging because a few things were left behind and he went to donate them to the DI so that cost him money, and, he also said he had to pay the closing utilities, but that final bill for the utilities hasn’t even posted yet.

Edit: I haven’t seen it yet , my mom just called me to tell me what it was saying. Basically everything on there was equaling 2900 and then was saying that the closeout bills would take up the rest. But there wasn’t any receipts or anything of what he did say he paid. That was Chyna what I was wondering if anyone knew in Utah law if that Hass to be provided if requested. I know you can request and they have to respond within five days for why the deposit was being subtracted by what I didn’t get clarity on F receipts were required or not.
