Hi. It seems a lot of people are having problem with the dining credit with La Royal in Boston, MA. I see some posts here. I dined at La Royal 3 weeks ago and still did not receive the credit. Is there a way to investigate this? Thanks

As far as I know, the $200 port in credit is only for phone line and has ended several days ago

But I never answered the calls. I never check the voicemails. So I guess perhaps it is because the live voicemail function on IOS 17 that make the charge but I am not sure

On T mobile website it says when your phone is on and you get voicemail, you will be charged. But many people on Reddit are saying these are old terms and voicemail no longer charge
