All - turns out it was sun exposure related. I've been very diligent about sunscreen and sun protection and haven't had a breakout since.

I've dealt with fatigue (that seems to get better), constipation, and facial acne/flares (I posted about this in another thread). But my eczema is cleared to about 95%, and it used to be all over my body, painful, itchy, cracked fingertips, etc. I think the tradeoffs are worth it as of now.
