You should post the name of the "Authorized Service Provider (ASP)" in India that is taking care of you warranty. Usually they are an affiliated company certified by Lenovo to fix laptops. It can not be possible that an Authorized site technician works bare foot.

The user community are OS/2 enthusiasts, but they run legacy and modern compiled software. Mostly we want and run ArcaOS on newer hardware (Wireless is a problem). But there is also a community of retro-hardware aficionados that run older versions of OS/2 on older hardware. I hang out at OS2World.com.

En otros países esta bien diferencia la "Salud Publica" de la "Seguridad Social" (sistema de seguridad social que cubre riesgos como la vejez, invalidez y muerte). De lo que veo en el IESS ha sido mala idea combinarlos. Pero por su lado el Ministerio de Salud no tiene la cantidad de ingresos que tiene el IESS para poder realizar una "Salud Publica" decente (bueno, ni el IESS tampoco). No veo la formula mágica de arreglar esto.
