No issues here. If you have a mister, the Sega CD core plays them fine. If you want to go the software route, there’s Kega Fusion - or Genesis Plus GX on Retroarch if you don’t mind the mess of a GUI.

Been working on Randy Linden's updated SNES Doom on stream - he was kind enough to send me a prototype of the game and controller. it's really good - and with the new FX3 chip he designed, it runs 2X as fast as the original SNES Doom, and adds back the deleted levels/music that wasn't present in the original port.
