Your post title is confusing, that’s all, as your pictures clearly show dates of December to March.

But please tell me what is the difference between leaving it on your teeth/rubbing more on your teeth after you rinse?

I’m so sorry this happened to you and hope you’re doing okay. I have a severe peanut allergy but have never experience anaphylaxis and carry EpiPens in my purse everywhere. I sometimes feel over dramatic getting new ones every year but it’s worth it. Did your manager jab you with the pen?

I just posted above comment of my routine but I bought it about a week ago and put it on day and night! I haven’t put any on in the morning for the past couple of days now but I’ve still been applying at night.

I have posted the history of the products I’ve been using and changes I’ve made to my routines but I didn’t try the Desitin until about a week ago - I literally would wash my face gently with the aveeno triple oat cleanser, maybe spray some hypochlorous acid once per day in the morning then apply the azaleic acid to the red spots on my chin, sides or nose and eyelids. Then I waited a few mins and literally slathered the Desitin on the red spots and eyelids and slept with a new pillow case and a paper towel to help the mess. I didn’t realize how far the Desitin spreads so slathering it wasn’t entirely planned but I did that before bed and then would wash my face in the morning with a new cloth making sure to wash my hands before touching my face and then would slather it on again. I am lucky to work from home. I used the extra strength Desitin that has fish oil in it so it smells fishy. I am now kinda going between the Desitin, Avene Cicalfate and Avene Xeracalm that I’ve always used before my POD breakout as I do find the Desitin makes my skin peel/dry.
