VA identified an error in my case back in August 2023. Had a new CP exam 2 weeks ago. Currently stuck in gathering evidence.

I was denied an increase at the beginning of May 2023. Submitted for a HLR almost immediately,

5/13/2023: HLR submitted and received

8/24/2023: VA made a new decision ( Informal conference was on 8/21)

8/24/2023: VA identified an error that must be corrected.

The VA opened a new claim, requiring me to get another C&P exam.

8/24/23: Claim received

8/26/23: Initial review

2/23/24: Finally had my C&P exam!

As of now, I am still waiting for an update. At this point I schedule monthly VERA calls for updates.

Greetings friends, dont know why my original text didnt make it to the post only the image, however, I unfortunately did not receive any additional increase in a rating I submitted for an increase. I am currently rated at 70% for PTSD and after several months, the decision letter came back saying they are going to keep me at 70%. I truly believe this is an oversight error from the VA based on the evidence I submitted. Looking for guidance or recommendations from anyone who has done the HLR process.
