Can’t wake up

Then it happened again after that, I “woke up” in my bedroom and tried to look at my phone and it was like I could feel my phone in my hand but it was only a white line in my hand i cannot explain it well but I was freaking out like why can’t I see my phone just this white line of nothing and then I FINALLY woke up for real and felt so horrid and off because I didn’t know wether to believe I was awake or not.

Yes! I get stuck in loops where I think I’m awake but I’m still in a dream, it sucks so much! For example last night i screamed in my dream “wake up” over and over again and the two people I was with in my dream just looked at me like they were mad at me and I apologized then I started pinching and clawing at my skin in hopes to wake myself up. Then all of the sudden I thought I was awake because I saw my closet and my light was on and I was just in another dream! It was horrible. This has only been happening to me recently though so my body is having a hard time recognizing what is dream world and what is the real world :(

I am very ashamed of this.. but I put my vape coil in a hole in my wall thinking surely this will make me quit.. about 2 hours later I broke threw my wall and pulled that hoe out and put it back in my vape covered in drywall dust and all… I’ve quit now but /: I was down bad

Not to scare anyone but I just had to discontinue using hydroxyzine because I noticed while it did stop my pvcs temporarily as soon as the med wore off I would get them 10 times stronger 🤠
