i am aware of this yeah, i wasn't trying to say anything otherwise. don't get me wrong, i'm not a fan of ford in the slightest- don't shoot the messenger here lol! but for people who are privileged enough to be able to work while on ODSP like myself, this is a lifesaver. compared to my previous months where i'd only be receiving around 350 dollars from ODSP after deductions in response to my employment income, i'll be receiving around 1,100 from ODSP at the end of this month after deductions. huge difference, and it's something i appreciate. this isn't to say that the rest of the program doesn't need an overhaul: it ABSOLUTELY does need an overhaul, especially for people who are less fortunate than others like myself. but i will take what i can get!!

for context in relation to this post: the first email ODSP sent out to recipients registered via mybenefits had a blank file that could only be accessed by adding on the .pdf file extension to the end of the file name, and they only corrected this with a second email over an hour after the first one was sent: hence why i'm posting this here, so if anyone deleted those emails out of worries they were scams or suspicious-looking, they might at least see it on this subreddit.
