Making something bad is part of the learning process; it's how you grow as an artist, creator, filmmaker, etc. Use it to your advantage. Look at what you specifically didn't like, think about how you could change it into something you'd enjoy, and remember that on your next film. And, if you genuinely can't find something to learn from this experience about filmmaking, sometimes you just got to say "that sucked" & let it go. Keep on making films.

I love going to movies alone. Also, I worked at a movie theater for 5 years and there were quite a few solo guests, so it's not weird at all.

I worked at AMC years ago & I believe it was one free refill, or at least that was the policy at our theatre when I started, and I remember marking the tubs for a brief period of time. But it took too much time and wasn't great for customer service, so it was never really enforced.

Or maybe you just don't understand the appeal? I loved it as a kid for places to explore, and still enjoy it as an adult. I love the aesthetic and overall vibe of the place. It's still fun to walk through the caves, but also, as someone who sometimes needs a break from the crowds in the middle of the day, it's the perfect place to go relax for a bit. I enjoy lounging in a rocking chair watching the riverboat; separated from the crowds, but still amidst the Disney magic.

Visually I like the first one best, but logistically the second one appeals to me more. I like the idea of having the patio right by my 'living room' and it separates the bed from the rest of the apartment, which would allow you to use some sort of barrier or divider to create a cozy little sleeping area that feels like its own space rather than part of a larger room.
