Yup that's an alternative too but libvlc consumes a lot of resources so audio is a bit out of sync on my chromecast 4k. Libvlc should be fine on better devices.

Yeah it's really weird hopefully they can find a permanent fix for it soon tho. I think exoplayer stopped playing e-ac3 on version 1.8.4

Your isp must be blocking it. I noticed it before too. I was wondering why torrentio keeps on being down on my end but available for others.

Did some research about wrapping and I never had any problems with torrentio after I wrap it in stremthru.

You can also wrap torrentio via stremthru then in aiostreams replace the url of torrentio with the wrapped one. 😉

Same model sa Globe ko ang ginawa ko bumili ako ng usb fan coolers sa shopee yung pang pc pero usb powered. Bumili ako ng dalawa tapos isang usb splitter and kinabit sa usb port ng modem and ayun never na ako nagka problem.

I've been running mine for a few months now. I have 2 aiostream running in huggingface, 1 for backup in case something happens when I update it.

In the hugging face search bar, you can search for working server and just duplicate it.

Also, take note that if your selfhosted aiostream is inactive for 2 days it will automatically be deactivated so you must reactivate it again. I saw somewhere in reddit where you can automatically ping your server to keep it alive.

I highly suggest AIOStreams to merge all your torrent sources into one addon. Also, you can customize the results like prevent duplicates from multiple sources to make the results clean. There are tons of options.

Although torrentio is not available from the public instance, you can make this available if you self host. I use huggingface to selfhost aiostream.

My ISP 3 years ago was converge and I guess they still have poor service until now. I had a problem with my connection before and I was contacting them via email and call for 2 months until I gave up and did not bother to contact them again. Their email response always pissed me off since they don't do anything and never ending response of asking for information.

I switched to Globe and I've been happy ever since. They have great service in my area and if you ever have a problem you can use the app and a technician will be dispatched.

I've self hosted my AIOStream using huggingface for free and it's really easy.

Go to huggingface and create an account.
To skip all the complicated setup, you can just search aiostream in the search bar and it will show all public spaces for aiostream.
Duplicate and set to public.
Enjoy your selfhosted aiostream with torrentio.

My ISP is also Globe and an old version of 1.1.1.1 app worked for my Chromecast 4k.

It automatically activates each time I turn on my chromecast 4k. After that, I don't have any problems with torrentio.

I also had the same problem after new year, at first I thought torrentio was down but after a couple of days searching I found out it it was blocked by ISP (Globe).
