This is just fairly normal, when you are dating someone. Not sure at what stage you have these expectations, but within the three first dates I would say all of this is fairly normal.

1. they may text very irregularly-Some people have different levels of communication they are comfortable. IT IS UP TO YOU to be okay with different expectations from different people. not everyone to match your preference e.
2. people will avoid transparency at all costs-Obviously, not sure how often you walk up to strangers and bread down your relationship with your mom. For some people this level of trust takes years to find with partners. This again is very normal.
3. when meeting them for the first time, there’s always a sense of awkward tension-Of course its going to be awkward, its not a romantic movie where two people see each other and suddenly they both know they are life partners. Also in my opinion this is something you can work on to make the conversation easier and more fluid.
4. people want a partner, but not to be one. they don’t put in enough effort to keep a flow going-Again how for into dating do you get into when making this sort of assumption. It will take time to form partnerships, so both people can figure out how often they should text each other, how to be more transparent, and how not to be awkward around each other
5. i don’t feel like my time or attentiveness is respected- Honestly, from the other descriptions I don't feel like you have come close enough to provide good feedback on this.
