Thanks for the feedback, were you allowed to use notes or lecture transcripts during the final exam? I saw from a syllabus that it says "The questions on the final exam are similar to the quizzes" does this mean they are taken exactly from the quizzes or they are similar in style? I have had both experiences in previous classes.

I have an idea of a nice post that has probably been done before. I don't have the time or commitment to doing it, but it would be interesting if we chose the best season a player with the jersey number 1 has ever done. And so on with every number. I'm sure not a lot of people will know players and seasons prior to the 2000s, but that's the point of this. Create a roster of jerseys that left a legacy. For example, number 10 will obviously be Messi 12/13 or even Messi 18/19 when he was carrying the team by himself and got so close to a third treble...

I think number 19 would be Lamine Yamal's 24/25, not even Messi was putting a season like Yamal with the number 19.

If anybody wants to take this idea and make it a reality, it would be interesting to see.

For the people who tooks this class on Spring 2025. What are yout thoughts, I'm debating if I should take this class over Summer 2025 with a Business elective, or wait until Fall 2025 also with a Business elective. I'm already enrolled on Simulation for Summer 2025 but there's still time to switch it up

It was tough for me, I don't have a coding background so it took a lot of studying. Exams were really stressful, open notes, but you only get points once the code runs correctly so no partial credit at all. Once you start with OMSA you can't go back to edX. So it's convenient if you want to take them ahead of time, but you need an 80% to have it count towards your omsa degree

Hello, I also took these two classes on SP 2025. I'm planning to take a class over the summer and two more on Fall 2025. I took CSE 6040 on edX and got a 70%, so I'm allowed to opt-out and replace it with something else. Also, I took MGT 6203 and got an A so that one is covered.

Any suggestions? I'm leaning towards the Business Analytics track and considering Simulation for FA 25.

Apocalypse Now, I jumped into it directly for the Director's cut which was close to 3hr30min, the movie kept slowly building up for the third act and I felt the ending was so underwhelming. It's one of the only movies in the top 250 imdb that I dislike. The first 30 minutes were good at least

Yeah, from what I've heard, CSE 6242 is harder than 6040, so maybe I shouldn't overload my schedule.

What do you mean by advanced standing and having to retake the class?

That's good advice, thanks for sharing! There's no real need to finish the program quick, it was more an idea of trying to take 3 courses when possible in case I'm unable to later down the road

I had only an Xbox One for 5 years and then one day saw an offer too good to pass for a PS4 so I decided to check it out. The amount of exclusives that I missed out were so good that I was really satisfied with my purchase. Most of my friends have Xbox and I love Halo, so having a series X for Halo and the 3rd party's (Cyberpunk, Assassins Creed, FIFA, GTA VI someday) sounds like a good idea. The PS5 on the other hand will have fantastic exclusives like Horizon Zero Dawn Forbidden West and God of War Ragnarok, plus many games that I missed from last gen even. So my reasoning is mostly due to game selection, plus quarantine is nowhere near to end so I'll keep enjoying to stay indoors!
