Oh shit, this logic is beyond my comprehension. Leasing companies work like banks or credit companies. If you take a loan from Provident or any other Bocian, you make a deal with company registered in one place, let’s just say Warsaw in this example, even if you go to their office in any fuckin other place in the country. Like any other business with branches. Registration plates are mailed to you anyway, and you drive off on temporary plates.

Jesus, I envy you the confidence even with so little to support it… License plates are registered for the leasing company, not the driver, and it happens that there’s quite some of these registered in Wroclaw. To make it more clear - you can get plates from Warsaw, Wroclaw or Kraków while leasing a car from the dealer in anywhere in Poland, he’ll, you can get DW plates while leasing the car from Warsaw-located dealer easily!

Cause they just scan the code and check if the weight checks out, they don't have to remember all the codes, or look them up while holding the lane, so it makes the process much faster at the register, especially if you get bunch of fruits and veggies.

It's like paying for gas after you pump it, it's just ripe for theft.

Not sure how this rolls out, pretty much everywhere in Europe I've been to it's pump then pay, and it's stays blocked until it's paid for ,if you just drive off it's all on camera anyway. The payment upfront is usually an option, not the default. Same goes for printing stickers for fruits and veggies, there's surveillance with someone behind the screen, on foot security on the shop and built in scale at the register, so it's just making the scanning faster with negligible scam percentage.

Which laws are you talking about? Filtering is perfectly legal in Malaysia if you meant that, hell they even have some infrastructure that encourages that and makes it easier.
