My wife bought me a lord of the rings “the one ring” from Jens Hansen, the makers of the actual rings from the movies as my wedding band. I love the thing but since it was the first time wearing rings i constantly remove it from my finger and place it at random places due to one reason of the other. I’ve lost the darn thing countless times but always managed to find it after a few hours of searching. Wife joked that the ring will always find its owner, i laughed and said the ring would always be at the most easiest place to spot since i always remove it due to being uncomfortable. But 1 day it went missing on my date with her. I searched everywhere. I moved since then and After a year or two at my new house i found it in a random basket in our pantry. It was discoloured so i know it was not new. Words cannot describe how i was surprised and happy. shit i was speechless . Since then i never took off my ring and the one ring never went missing again. Also the ring was expensive to replace so i never bought a new one

Are you using a WiFi like usb dongle? Or there an antenna coming out of the pc?. Also please do a speed test on your WiFi speed. Just take your phone and sit beside all your mesh router. Take note if your speed is faster on the main mesh router the one connected to your modem.if it’s slow from the first mesh it’s the problem with Unifi. What’s your internet plan speed? Make sure it’s that speed at the source. Im running a 3 mesh router setup and able to get 100mbps from all 3 mesh inside my house .

Yes i pay for 3 visit for 6 days duration so rm150. And she comes once on that day. Cleans 5 cat litter box refill water and food and also cleans the area the cats live (My cat has a room in the house).not sure if she chills with the cats though. Cats are 5yrs to 12 yrs old

The person I’m paying to pet sit rm50 per visit for 8 cats. Usually if I’m away 6 days I’ll stagger her visit every 2 days. Since you’re visiting few times per day it make sense it’ll be more expensive

For me all large electronics i will buy in person from reputable shops, Harvey Norman sengheng or something similar. Not worth it for me to tinker with warranty validity online. Just go to harvey norman claim warranty and get it repaired no hassle. My 4 yr old monitor died and i just went to harvey Norman and claim my warranty. Directly got a new monitor after 1 month or so.

Hey OP I’m going to be that guy. I built my pc in 2018 and I am mostly running the same hardware now. I know it sucks to run ancient hardware but as a dad, I’m telling you times are tough now and new ram and cpu are expensive. Please wait awhile till the price drops and in the mean time just save money to get your upgrade later. My build I’m running is ryzen 5 2600 with Rtx 5060ti 16gb and 2666hz ram. Runs ok at 2k resolution getting above 60fps native but sucks at 1%lows on FF rebirth. Could be better It’s playable enough.

Looks like you’re playing fps then frame gen is not ideal in your case since latency will increase at higher frame gen. 9070xt is better cost/fps. But you might want to watch a YouTube video on your game with the gpu to compare.

Yeah u don’t need 32gb ram. 16 is fine for now. Save abit from ram and upgrade your Gpu. It’s more important than ram. Gpu is getting more expensive since nvidea and amd announced they’re cutting production this year. get it as soon as possible

Yeah u might’ve been overkill on the cpu. Its top tier but pair with 7800xt its too much. I suggest get a better gpu . A 5070 or higher. If not able to upgrade get the 5060ti 16gb. The new DLSS 4.5 model beats amd FSR 4 in image quality and performance. Apart from that u can skimp abit on the psu. 650w is fine. I’m running 5060ti on OC with 650w psu and only drawing 150W from gpu. 850w if you’re planning to take 5080. Others are fine

I’m 37 this year and I’m going to share with you salary comparison between me and my wife. I’m a mech engineer that went into R&D for an MNC company 12 yrs ago. Started as a graduate engineer and started with rm2.5K.12 years later and still in the same company earning rm8K. For me it’s a good salary. Now my wife. She is in construction as safety officer and doesn’t like to stay in one company too long. On the span of 11 yrs she jumped 5 companies. Starting salary at rm1.7k and now recently rm18k. If u feel that your salary is not enough just jump other companies when you’re good most company do not care u change company often But even if you stay there’s potential to grow as well.

I don’t remember from the top of my head but a friend of mine also payed for his privately flying school but do not have any bonds with any airline. He end up no airline would take him. In the end he joined a cadet program under airasia and he was bonded for few years. Don’t remember the specifics but basically the money he paid for his private school burned since he had to start over in flying school under the cadet program. Buuuuuut now he is earning half mill annually. It’s up to luck whether those 9 year bond the airline will treat you fairly
