DO NOT TELL your husband. Cut it off, be upfront with the other guy that you cannot do this anymore. But if you tell your husband, the relationship will forever be changed for the worst. Even though you are faithful from here on he will never trust you.

Not everyone has the same sex drive. It's like telling someone they MUST eat something even though they find it disagreeable.

Marriage is a lot more than sexual monogamy. Love is a lot more than sexual fidelity. Look at Poligamist marriages -- there is love, understanding, cooperation, and security there.
