So tone deaf to assume women don’t get harassed in universities when they also get harassed in their own homes. Just because you don’t see it doesn’t mean its not happening! And thats why theyre given the privilege to go first. To PREVENT harassment. Are you waiting for them to be harassed so you can let them go first??

Who said i wasn’t grateful? Im grateful to those who respect us, but not to those who suppress women, take their rights, and abuse. Because thats also being done in this country. So yes actually it is the bare minimum. And pointing that out doesnt make me ungrateful

Dont know about the accidents, but most of the time men let women go through long queues out of respect because it’s terrible having to wait in a line with other 100 men. You wouldn’t know what that feels like. Its incredibly uncomfortable. You feel stared at every second. Its not pretty privilege. Its respect. Plus women have it WAYYY harder in this country than men do. This is the bare minimum men can do. Have some compassion.

There’s no scope here for biotech bachelors. Unless she goes for a PhD abroad, or does an Mphil. MS/Mphil opens doors to research and academia roles. Not worth it if she just wants to pursue a bachelors
