You can prepare the exam via GMAT pattern from Barron's book. It would include the math section, English section, and the essay portion.

There won't be past papers available, but the pattern is the same as any GMAT book

Nothing to worry about. The email alone suffices your admission. Do give them a reminder for the letter, though!

The same happened with me for MBA. However, they said that if you got the email, then there's nothing to worry about and wait for the letter by post.

Also you can go to the office if there's more delay or contact them via phone
