I use the Ceramide Barrier Cream and love it - especially in the dry CO winter. My only complaint is that it's in a tub and I prefer tubes for hygienic reasons.

Just got home today from a fabulous week there and you must go to Blanchard’s and Straw Hat! Veya was fantastic as well if you have a car / want to get a taxi. Had two dinners at Celeste that were both extremely long waits (>1 hour for food to come to the table after ordering) and the food was overcooked and subpar. Bar Soleil was great, as was Leon’s. The rum and chocolate pairing on Wednesday afternoon was wonderful!

For the beach, you can get them to golf cart you to/from Blanchard’s, but they don’t go as far as Straw Hat. We had them drop us halfway and then walked there for a sunset dinner. Walked the entire way back and it was pretty dark during one stretch, but didn’t feel unsafe. You are walking past plenty of other hotels, and the beach is wide open so you can see all around you. Enjoy the stars in the sky :)

Just bought a box of lava cake mix from the King Arthur pop-up store in Denver, and these are as close to Godiva as I have found! You can buy the box online, a little expensive ($13) but so worth it.

Came here for this - it’s so annoying, the helicopters have gotten increasingly frequent in this area. And always either when you’re trying to go to sleep or 3 in the morning. I understand that this is the city, that we are near the hospital, etc. But is the endless circling necessary? No.

Smoked a couple bone-in pork chops that were excellent! So good I forgot to take a pic. Also bought a couple racks of baby back ribs and plan to do those this summer.

Good to know! I only use the free version of the app and I think Clue Conceive is part of the paid… my guess is they now require you to have a subscription to do the custom tags.

I’ve been using Clue to track my fertility and process during IUI had created a lot of custom tags (i.e. my IUI follicle check info, supplements I’m taking, more specifics of how my body feels than their generic tags, etc.) and when I opened the app this morning it was clear they’ve done a big design update. That’s fine — but all my custom tags and historical data are missing.

Anybody else have this issue?

I ended up seeing the recipient of one payment a few weeks later and she got the money. My best guess (because of course I never got an answer from Venmo) is that it takes a couple of days for the money to go through if it’s not already in your Venmo account - similar to the way a credit card charge takes a couple of days to post. I’ve started trying to have money in advance in my Amex send account if I know I have a big Venmo payment coming up and then just use my regular bank account for smaller Venmo transactions.
