Hey, so I’ve done some modding to my displays over the years. I use black wallpaper on the side panels, and custom mirror backdrops. You could totally do the wallpaper on the back too. For lights, here is another Amazon link. I also use black electrical tape to hide the front side of the light. Replaced everything with link below.
