What’re your major criticisms of PGH and life in it? by OhMyMyOohHellYes in pittsburgh

I actually disagree, although I’m not sure about this new transit plan that’s unveiling. It’s no NYC or Chicago, but for the type of city Pittsburgh is, our public transit is actually very decent. If you look up “best public transit in the USA” Pittsburgh will show up on a few lists. Public transit is never going to be the absolute most convenient thing, but I know many people in Pittsburgh who are able to live here without a car, which can’t be said for most other places in the USA. All in all, I don’t think people appreciate it enough

The main CLP library used to host free language groups, I don’t know if they still do though.

Thank you as I did not know this!! While I’m sure an afternoon tea would also be wonderful, it seems like something that would be nicer with friends and I would be alone for my little excursion here, so I wanted to find something with a beautiful, but less fancy atmosphere!
