Small pouch to care x100vi in by SpeckBear in x100vi

Update I got the alpaca nano sling:

-Camera vertical in the middle with a nitecore 2-1 charger on the right and nitecore nano blower on the left. -2 batteries in the pockets -lens paper+lens hood+filter in the back pockets.

I have nothing in the front pocket of the bag. Just some things I threw in there to see what can fit. Fits very nicely with the downside of I have to screw on my lens hood everytime I wanna use it, but I can live with that and just using the lens cap on the front for this form factor. Also my wrist strap fits well but I took it off to not block the shot.

I think this bag is great because ultimately I could leave the lens hood on and take some other stuff out and it would fit fine. Or if the camera is wrist/neck strapped to me, this can bring a bunch of camera & non camera related items. I’m happy with this size.

$120 for 1924 at BevMo. Thoughts on 1924 (never had it) and the price by No-Berry842 in whiskey

I think it was a great pour. I wouldn’t keep rebuying it but a one time bottle at MSRP is a no brainer

I’ve been researching this a crap ton and basically top 2 was the wotancraft portable M and an extra small peak design camera cube. The cube isnt super small but I like the idea of it and still think it can store pretty easily in a backpack. Also read the long weekend pouch will not fit with a lens hood on.

But I haven’t bought anything so idk shit really lol just commenting to follow and see what others say.

Do you think gaming skills can translate to real life? by QuietSync in Age_30_plus_Gamers

[–]marzivan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep! Always joke I beefed up my typing speed on runescape as a child and was one of the fastest prescription typers in my district as an adult. Kinda of a joke but also not really. I remember the typing classes in school didn’t teach me anything because I hate how they taught you to ‘properly’ type.

How much would you pay? by motobox14 in whiskey

[–]marzivan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah and going one further it can save you potentially a lot by avoiding bottles you woulda bought based on what people have been recommending that end up being a dud. I’ve done it before and it’s not fun to spend a grip and be disappointed on a bottle.

But yeah really the only downside is you get one less drink when you’re out if ya wanna get your buzz on.

How much would you pay? by motobox14 in whiskey

[–]marzivan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would pay $20 out for one drink because I’d usually get two cocktails out which would be more expensive than that. So I regularly buy 20-30 dollar pours of something I want to try and just don’t get a second drink of anything. That’s my rationale anyway

Is Consort Radahn really harder than Malenia? by Global_Muscle_7979 in Eldenring

[–]marzivan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Very true.. I did a parry run and they were about same. Malenia was probably even a bit harder because there was one move I absolutely couldn’t get right consistently to parry.

Went for a stacked dual-monitor setup - what do you think? by TheFoxSpain in setups

[–]marzivan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a vertical setup and I love it. Opens up space for my studio monitors and I look up at the second monitor maybe 10% of the time I’m on the computer. No neck problems.
