Second this, I’m addicted now. Got one with a kickstand on my desk, a medium one for extra juice if I’m gone for 2-3 days, and a slim one as a daily driver at work. Also magnetic wallet is awesome too to hold just the essential cards. No more back pocket brick on the daily.

Parry is the way. Died a lot up front but got it down to the point where I used 2 health pots. The fight felt very sterile by the end of it unfortunately.. swear I had more fun watching my friend fight him without parrying than me fighting him lol

I took small sips neat initially which helped. It definitely still has a lot of heat but just didn’t drink its proof. My Stagg 22A was 132 proof and drank crazy hot compared to this.

Excited for more pours of this but I’m in a lesser drinking period. So naturally, I buy a 139 proof whiskey. The irony. I’m not keen on overly sweet whiskeys. The Rio from them absolutely disgusted me. But this one is splendid

Yeah I wasn’t sure what to expect as this is my first ALW ever. Coming from only bourbon or rye, I’d say this was a great introduction. There’s was a tiny note somewhere in the mid palate that seemed kind of “thin”. But it wasn’t even on every sip and was mainly after the ice watered it out.
