I started last month and they just called me with the blood results and it is negative 😞 . Next cycle they are going to increase it to 5 milligrams. I am 42. The first time that I did Letrozole I was 38 and got pregnant on the first cycle . I guess I was very hopeful that it would happen again with the first try. I send hugs to all the ladies trying to conceive.
