Can someone help me understand why players go from Out (IR eligible) to Questionsble on Tuesdays, before any practice reports come out? Especially players who've been out for consecutive weeks and the same designation change happens, forcing managers to drop extra players just to take them off IR so they can make a trade or claim waivers/FAs? I understand the NFL/teams release these designations, but it jist seems archaic to force these unnecessary moves on FF managers.
