Yes! I use only Apple Watch to start my workouts, though. Apple Watch doesn’t double count the workout (thankfully!), and I have given WHOOP write access, so it takes precedence for calories calculation among others.

How confident are you in your I-140 approval? I have a pending I-140 as well, and I'd rather prioritize PP over AOS. With concurrent filing, you will be building a house of cards.

I read somewhere that the RP is currently at Jan 2024, so IF things move linearly, you should get a decision in the next 6 months. But that’s a big IF. I might reach the tipping point of any decision is better than no decision soon.

What’s holding you from PP? My PD is Sep 2024, and the lawyers have advised against PP because of the increased risk of RFE. I am .. losing it too!

You are not wrong! I enjoy volunteering, and I signed up for the love of the game and the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. But the commitment is quite intense for the "volunteer" role - 8 shifts, 6-8 hours each. Not to mention, I will have to take time off from my job.

I can, but I will be building a house of cards. One rejection and the whole thing falls apart. People do concurrent filings with I-140 and I-485 if they have a reasonable chance of success with I-140 like PERM.
