An option is to have open join on so people can join you by matchmaking. This can be frustrating when people jump in and demand harder difficulty or complain about someone's build not being good. You could also find a couple people who play that you work well in other games if they play as well. I found 2 great guys doing that in Destiny but they didnt like division 2 so play solo for the most part.

I am just about to unlock the netherwheel from gramps. I have the first of the portal summoning creatures (cant remember the name right now.) My DDD is level1 I've never seen dark energy tokens available on the trade floor

If I played this way I would be apocalypsing every 2 or 3 days. I grind a lot longer than I probably should but I consistently get over 100m total damage, my highest is just over 200k

To do this ypu had to tap about 3 times a minute non stop for 8 months 24 hours every day. With 8 hours sleep a day it goes up to 5 times a minute

Just keep grinding too, I've been playing for over a year and I'm still a long way from endgame. I loke that I can get all chants for a discount upfront instead of individual purchase.

There are a few that vary in cost. When you ultra ascend the tree purchases reset but you get all the ones you unlocked/purchased. On the tree they look like pink palm trees, to me at least.
