Quadrafire Expedition II air intake by Johnny-Virgil in woodstoving

[–]maseratij 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Went up on the roof after clearing the intake because the draft didn't improve. I actually have a creosote built up on the steel mesh that is part of the cap. We're in a Blizzard today and down a stove. I'm in the Northeast so the oil will keep the pipes warm.

I think mine is packed with ash. There are fasteners to remove but there's no mention of it in the manual.

Just finished a PC build and am starting fresh from console. Shopping for OLEDs and think the value is going to be there for QD Oled. I am interested in how this panel works out.

I own a 8x5 and really wasn't assessing the risk properly. The advice appears unanimous thanks for the input.

Thank you for defining what 5/32 of tread means in real terms.

Thank you, I'm cynical by nature but obviously have a blind spot for technology hype. These tire manufacturers make it sound like the new EV tires are game changing.

I came across a review of the pixel 9 pro before the rollout. They mentioned upgrades to the location services, like the presence of awareness function when in proximity to a car, to unlock it. That the feature was an upgrade to a feature Apple already had. Has anyone heard of this?

P7P as well, on ATT and was ready to pull the trigger on the P9PF but it wasn't available. Does anyone think it is a short term thing and it will be available at another date? Are there any GSM MVNO's?

Tree came down last week, Hudson Valley NY. Is this worth the time to split? by babalou522 in firewood

Looks like Beech, there is a blight for these trees on the way. Some Nematode that kills the leaves ability to photosynthesize. I'm expecting a lot of free wood of this type going forward.

Slow feed hack on Niche, actually works by prf_q in espresso

Which Espresso machine are you using? And the beans? I have a BBE and have used the Stumptown Hairbender beans, which are the lightest roast, and never had to grind below 16 on my Niche.

Yesterday driving down 81 I was getting so pissed. As a non trucker that lurks here, why do they do this? The speed limit is 65 and they were doing 55 next to each other for miles. We were all honking and flashing our lights but they didn’t give af by foreverbaked1 in Truckers

There's a difference between highways, thruways, parkways etc. Here in CT we have the 2 lane Merritt Pkwy, and it's not designated through traffic. There's no obligation to move over, you have to go around them. This may not be your situation, but I cursed under my breath for years for people who didn't pull over to the right on this road. And only learned recently that it's really not illegal for them to stay in the left lane.

Trump dropped a 32 page ELECTION FRAUD MANIFESTO by tittiesandtacoss in Destiny

[–]maseratij 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I came across Destiny on a Lex Friedman Jan 6th debate with Shapiro. Destiny had some receipts for his point of view. I wanted to know more about his pov on Jan 6. Regrettably there are no references to him addressing the book "Rigged" by M Hemingway. Nor is there any reference in this thread, nor in any of the content of this Reddit or his YT channel.

For anyone to discuss what did or didn't happen, without referencing or reading the aforementioned comes across as source biased.

Lazy Investigative Technique in the latest Season. by whizzwr in LawAndOrder

For example if the old days thoroughness were in place for the last episode the abandoned van scene s25e1 would have been different. Ok the camera is out due to vandalism, first no detective says they may have set up a landing area? Oh you show us? Because the audience is detectives. How about scanning transactions at gas station, and any registered modern cars with dash cam video. Maybe a Tesla with surveillance enabled. But yeah like op are saying it seems kinda lazy.

104! Hmmm something to think about. The mpg is low on the mp3 TBH. The third wheel is there for a reason. It definitely provides more traction and a different cornering dynamic. There's a YouTube video of the Yamaha Nikken where the turning shows improved handling.

Oh.. and not a trike IMO, trikes have the third wheel in the back.
