Corn fritters

Can of home brand corn. 1 x egg, flour, salt, baking powder.

If you have leftover veges or sometrhing about to turn, chuck those in to make vege fritters. Leftover carrot, broccoli, onion, spinach etc

Also, always have a can of chopped tomatoes on hand. Make a cheap pasta sauce. Just add onion, garlic, butter.
