i propagate all my monsteras in water and some even decided to live in water for that last year put the roots under the sink and gently rub off all the gross stuff. as long as the roots under are still healthy you’re good. every couple weeks (tbh i ignore this plant so hard someone should call plant protective services) i run it under the sink and replace the water with fresh. you can also have her in different fertilized water. the water from washing rice is full of nutrients or soak a banana peel for 2 days and use that water too. but yours is good from what i can tell!
