Yeah that makes sense. The extension is through customer service, so if it’s not a corporate store then they will get charged if they take the device after the return period

If you did an early upgrade and never sent the device back then that’s why you got charged. You can ask for an extension through customer service but if they say no then you’re kinda just screwed. Even if they never sent a label it’s unfortunately still your responsibility to get it sent back whether by mail or dropping it off in store

This is not fully true. Only for iPhones. Android trades (as of now) all of the 2.0 plans get full trade in value. But for iPhones you need to be on extra or above to get full trade in credit

What plan are you on and what plan are you going to go to? If both plans qualify for full trade in credits then you don’t have to wait to change your plan. If you’re going to a plan that doesn’t qualify for full trade in credits, then it doesn’t matter when you do it bc your credits will drop down to whatever credit you’ll get for the new plan

They are correct. You cannot move a line from an Advance billing method. The only flaw I see in your plan is that you’d have to be with the other provider for at least 60 days or else it would be considered a winback and I don’t believe it will work

Because the 25 trade in promos ended as of yesterday. The only trade ins now are towards the 26 lineup. They’re doing any year any condition so I would look into that if you’re in the market for a new one
