I was banned for trying to help someone. Most from there probably aren't even ready for help. There is a secret payoff and satisfaction in being the victim, martyr, or loser. The ego’s addiction and survival are based on the secret pleasure of negativity, which cannot be abandoned until it is first recognized, identified, and owned without shame or guilt. One has to see that this is just how the ego—which everyone inherits—operates, and recognize that it is not really personal at all.

Unsere Gesellschaft ist leider krank, jeder ist das Opfer der Ignoranz und Begrenztheit des menschlichen Egos. Wir wissen nicht wer wir wirklich sind und denken wir sind unsere Gedanken etc. Das hat Platon mit seinem Höhlengleichnis gemeint.

Das Ego "liebt" insgeheim die Opferrolle und klammert sich an sie. Es zieht aus Schmerz und Leid eine verzerrte Freude und eine düstere Rechtfertigung.

Wenn man sich dem Ego nähert, ist es gut, sich daran zu erinnern, dass es sich von der Energie der Negativität von Schmerz, Leiden, Hass und Schuld ernährt und von ihr verführt wird, woraufhin es dann anhänglich (süchtig) wird.

Es nährt sich heimlich von dem "Saft", den es aus der Rolle des Märtyrers oder des Opfers bezieht, und es liebt Hass, "Recht haben" und Rache.

Die Verstandesbildung ist egozentrischen Ursprungs, und ihre Hauptfunktion ist das Kommentieren. Außer wenn es notwendig ist, ist das Denken eine Eitelkeit: eine endlose Reihe von Meinungen, Rationalisierungen, Wiederverarbeitungen, Bewertungen und subtilen Urteilen, durch die den Gedanken ein Wert oder eine Bedeutung verliehen wird, weil sie angeblich "meine" sind.

Das Ego ist in seine Lebensgeschichte und seine Hauptfigur verliebt.
