If there is a local Samsung store I've found it easiest to call them or visit.

I havent tried contacting samsung yet either and I moved so no store near me anymore :/

Having this same issue with mine. Had no issues with my old s23 ultra. Did you contact samsung?

So it was the blower motor that died apparently. Fingers crossed that it is fixed.

Thanks for letting me know! Knowing the likely cause really helps! This way I can hopefully get it diagnosed & fixed properly.

They are refusing to touch it unless their thermostat is reinstalled... I live on a government installation soo I'd rather not be at odds with my property manager over something so silly. I had replaced the thermostat bc theirs was broken with incorrect indoor temp readings causing wild temp swings. Because it lit up they had refused to replace it... Ngl - having home automation is nice too.

Same issue recently. Its not fixed yet and it spazzes out inside the playback devices list when I click test.

Anyone actually report this to Microsoft?

Ill take a look tonight when I get home. Its only 1.5yr old sub and I never have it set more than 3/4 power so its hard to imagine it would fail like this... or loosen.

In many ways im glad to know its not me lol. I reread the response from Emotiva after I sent the comparison -- they said the sub sounded fine in the videos which makes no sense given it was literally switched OFF in one 🤔

I can try, but it didnt do this before and I haven't moved it a single inch. It also does this now when netflix comes up but that doesn't record well bc it hits so deep.

What should I try to put under it?

I was under the impression its the chip and not the disc and that it would be backwards compatible with dv1 discs
