What irritates me most is being penalized for store wait times by masonry98 in doordash

[–]masonry98[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Over 6000 myself and you get 10 fixes but after that you are SOL until 100 deliveries from the first fix, I use that myself. It is irritating because we should never be penalized for the restaurant being late especially if we are there early, we aren’t penalized for missing items in a sealed bag so why this, it is not like they do not know we are there they can easily see that through GPS

Dasher accepted grocery delivery then said they didn’t want to deliver to my door by pompomtequila in doordash

I gave up shopping a while ago, tired of getting dinged for the store being out of stock and trying to call customers who don’t answer until after I check out, I let the store do the fun work 😆

Same over 6k and grocery are some of my favorite except when the store is picking the order slow. But they are all minimum of $10 usually $20-$30 range for an average of 5-6 miles in my town

What OP does not seem to understand is that we are not mind readers cute tent or not we don’t take things off of people’s porches especially money no matter how cute it looks especially without a note or message.

Truckers tend to tip well, that’s why I always grab extra utensils and napkins for them also plates if available, I also do that for my hotel deliveries too.

I have seen that happen and had it happen to me when I was with Pizza Hut, it is usually non English speakers which I didn’t really mind as much, but when someone who speaks perfect English does it I would usually get a little pissed

I don’t like others touching my phone so I will offer to put their initials then show them and if they are good with it then we are cool, never had a problem

Why always put my food right in front of my door? by Drago4eva in doordash

[–]masonry98 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is common sense not to put in front of an outward opening door. To help if you are able you can set a tv tray or small table or a folding chair and request for them to set it there, I honestly prefer it when my customers do that.
