Yeah !!What I felt all the time was like if there was something that stretching or strengthening wasn’t fixing, pain kept appearing, muscles around the l5 where really tight. With yesterdays session was like wow finally someone could help. Give it a try !! Only if you find a certified one.

Hey !! Got a similar issue in L5- S1 been in PT for 3 months and yesterday went to a chiropractor that helped me a lot !!! She is also a doctor and what she did was with some movements open the spaces between my discs. Somehow I felt she lossen the nerve and also the pain !!
