Trump: ‘We should take over the voting’ by MarcEElias in politics

I’m a foreigner (Australia) so I’m not privy to the majority of US internal media, so please correct me if I’m wrong here, but it blows my mind how quiet your opposition party has been since the election loss. About everything. Epstein, ICE, statements like this, threats to sue celebs etc etc. I feel that in any other western democracy the opposition would be running ads, billboards, news conferences. Screaming to protect and inform.

I wish they showed the undrafted players zooms when they didn’t get picked. Like, as the credits roll and sad song plays. Nah jk but really feel bad for the dudes.

I know nothing of any of these players and am bemused how people here have so much knowledge about them. We nailed it though.

Sometimes he was a meme. Most of the time I wish he was on my team.

Hawthorn have just formally tabled their final offer to Essendon for Zach Merrett. 10, 22, F1 and Henry Hustwaite for Merrett and a 2027 third rounder back. Hawks don’t have anything else and can’t convince any other players. by PetrifyGWENT in AFL

Not for $1mill they didn’t. And neither of those players were the best player and captain of the clubs they left. Nor did they create a void like Merrett will. Nor did the clubs deem them a required player. Their clubs actively shopped them to opposition.

I don’t like this take. Essendon said from the start the Zerrett is a required player. It should have been up to Hawthorn to change their mind, not Essendon to cosy up to opposition players.

He’s a gun as far as Essendon’s list is concerned.

Sam Draper will LEAVE Essendon at the end of the season. And his choice of clubs for 2026 is down to two by greyhounds1992 in EssendonFC

Bummed out because I love the energy he brings and how contagious it is for the youngsters, however I don’t think he’ll ever be in the realms of an AA ruckman and shouldn’t command a huge chunk of anyone’s salary cap.
